Job Summary

We are looking for Maintenance and Process Manager. We have great challenges to handle in this area like defining the most suitable way of working to allow short time to market but still secure top quality. Your job will be to:

  • Own the quality issues in your scope, set priority on them and secure a delivery plan

  • Act as Project Manager in the product maintenance context

  • Drive activities in the cross functional product maintenance team to secure defined targets

  • Support department in process related activities by driving initiatives to deploy best in class ways of working

  • Support department in quality related activities (act as a coach for FMEA, root cause analysis...)

Who are you?

You have a natural leadership and like to get things done. You are organized, rigorous and efficient and like to interact with other people. You are also comfortable with change and like to take up new challenges. You like to drive actions and people but also willing to handle some operational details.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • University/Master’s degree in engineering

  • Significant Project Management or Functional Management experience

  • Great communication skills in English written and spoken

  • Comfortable to work in a multicultural environment

  • Experience in quality tools and processes (for example six sigma training)

  • Process oriented

  • ESW Product Development experience is a merit
